Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order until the cancellation option is available in the order details page. In such a case, LDG will refund any payment already made by you for the order. If LDG suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the Platform, LDG, at its sole discretion, could cancel such orders. LDG will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers. LDG would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
